convenient location early check-in clean room
The location was convenient. I found many nice restaurants on the same street, and the metro station was a short walk away. The staff let me check in early, which I appreciated, and the room was clean.
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, with no eggs, fruit, or vegetables available (a typical continental style breakfast).

convenient stay near attractions
excellent location easy access helpful lady
the location was excellent. nearby restaurants and the metro station provided easy access. the lady working the night shift was helpful. the rooms were super clean and cozy for being in a city.
the bathroom had an odor. we changed rooms, but then there was no hot water. we stayed two nights and couldn't shower.

the hotel has a lift for carrying heavy bags. free bottled water was available for all guests. these small touches were greatly appreciated. the nighttime host was good!!!

helpful staff safety box small room sewage smell
i found the location excellent. the staff were very helpful with my luggage. i was also grateful for the impeccably clean room. there was a safety box available , which gave me peace of mind.
the room was very small. i believe it was below acceptable standards. there was also a sewage smell from the bathroom 24/7.

A Gem in the City of Lights!
super clean cleanliness perfect location convenient lift
I loved how clean everything was! The location was perfect. It was so easy to access the metro and explore the area. I also appreciated the lift, especially with heavy luggage. It made everything much easier.
The sink in the bathroom was quite small.

Breakfast included viennoiseries and bread. Coffee was available from an automatic machine with cardboard cups. This setup functioned throughout the morning, nice for flexible timing and removing wait times.

mixed feelings about the room size and service issues
small room unhelpful staff
The room was small. I could barely open my suitcase. the bathroom was equally cramped, made moving around difficult. to top it off, i had some issues with the front desk staff who seemed less than helpful when i needed assistance, which really added to my frustration.
